Job Responsibilities
Team Management & Coordination
- Supervise, support, and coach managers from different teams :

- IT support (France & Romania)
- Store and logistics platform maintenance
- Store hotline
- Incident management

Vendor Management
- Manage external service providers, subcontractors, and consultants
- Lead and follow the outsourcing strategy

Budget Management
- Create, monitor, and improve the IT department budget (Capex / Opex)
- Help with medium- and long-term financial planning

Reporting
- Prepare and approve key reports and performance indicators (KPIs)
